TREE FIDDY TRIO

Tree Fiddy Trio is a three-piece acoustic reggae experience from Shreveport, LA. Hailed as being one of the most adaptable bands to any event or venue, the group was formed in 2019 to take over a monthly house band slot at the Tiki Bar & Grill in Shreveport. The band has a tight reggae sound that incorporates low end bass licks, skanks, and sweeping lead runs on acoustic guitars, which pair well with John Hoffman's fluid reggae drum chops. Tree Fiddy Trio is regularly upgraded to a four- or five-piece band with regular sit-ins by Hassell Teekel on keys and Greg Pitts on bass guitar. The band has performed at area venues as well as festivals such as Red River Revel, Highland Jazz & Blues Festival, and the State Fair of Louisiana.
